TELEVISION Worth watching tonight 7 p.m., Providence MTV goes whole hog for spring break i By Terry Morrow SCRIPPS HOWARD 7 p.m., ID That '70s Show There's little question of how upset Eric (Topher Grace) is about his breakup with Donna (Laura Prepon) in this repeat. He confines himself to his room for days, despite all of Red (Kurtwood Smith) and Kitty's (Debra Jo Rupp) pleas for him to come out.
