Admission free. All events will be held in Due West on the Erskine campus. The various auditoriums on the campus include: Lesesne Auditorium (near Main Street and the Anderson Highway), Memorial Auditorium (on the circle near Abbeville Highway) Bowie Divinity Hall (Main Street), and MuseumArt Gallery (Bonner Street). DUE WEST Erskinc College has expanded its cultural offerings during 1994-93 with the introduction of three new series: the Collegiate Performance Series, the Koonts-Lampton Keyboard Series, and the Presidential Series. These series will be in addition to the Erskine Fine Arts Series, Erskine Players' dramatic productions, and other programs presented by the Erskine Department of Music.

The Koonts-Lampton Keyboard Series will honor Erskine Professors of Music Emeritus Cortlandt M. Koonts and Shirley Lampton, who combined to give more than 55 years service to Erskine. Dr. James W. Strobel, Erskine president, and his wife, Donna, will be hosts for presentations in the Presidential Series.

Cultural programs for 1994-95 will begin Sept 29 with a Presidential Series recital by Porter Stokes, baritone, and Trudy Fuller, mezzosoprano, assisted by Matthew Manwarren and Vivian Hamilton, pianists. The program will be at 8 pjn. in Memorial Hall. Dr. Stokes and Dr.

Manwarren are members of the Erskine music faculty. The Koonts-Lampton Keyboard series will begin Erskine Players' Fall Production: "J.B.", Lesesne Auditorium, 14-15 8 p.m. Admission free; and Dec. 2 The Presidential Series: Christmas Concert Lesesne Auditorium, 8 pjn. Adults, $5, Students, $3.

Also, Feb. 21 Presidential Concert Series: Mac Frampton and Company, Lesesne Auditorium, 8 p.m. Adults, Students, Feb. 27 Presidential Concert Series: Dr. Matthew Manwarren, pianist; Memorial Hall, 8 pjn.

10 Erskine Fine Arts Series: The Baltimore Consort, Memorial Auditorium, 8 p.m. Admission free; Nov. 11-12 Metropolitan Museum of Art Fellow to speak at Wqfford NGC receives anonymous gift Mike Carlton, executive director of development at North Greenville College recently announced the receipt of a $1 million anonymous gift which is set up in an endowment trust with NGC to be the beneficiary. This gift will remain in trust during the donors lifetime, and will thereafter be distributed to the college. Carlton states, "We are excited about this gift and what it means to the future of this institution.

The goal of the Second Century Fund Campaign has been to continue the growth of the institution's endowment." DALLAS Darlene Patrice Mann has been awarded an artistic scholarship to attend her second year of graduate classes at Meadows School of Arts in Dallas, Texas. Mann is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Linton Mann of Greenwood.
